About Pates Fraiches Restaurant

Pates Fraiches (pronounced “pat fresh”), means fresh pasta in French, and is indicative of our specialty to make fresh pasta daily out of certified organic wheat, rye, barely, buckwheat, rice and chestnut flours.

The restaurant’s long-term goal is to develop sustainable relationships with local food vendors in order to provide food that is fresh and produced responsibly.

Creating a variety of pasta from organic flours allows Pates Fraiches to control what goes into its dishes literally from the grain up.

Our Commitment to Quality

Pates Fraiches Restaurant is committed to reconnecting the table to the terroir. We strive to develop relationships with local food growers and producers that farm responsibly.

We believe that our choices make a difference in the quality and freshness of food that is available for us all to enjoy.

If you have any questions about our suppliers or are interested in partnering with the restaurant please do not hesitate to contact us at info@PatesFraichesRestaurant.com
